Crystals

I love crystals, so I always carry in my suitcase: an Amethyst and a Black Tourmaline.

There are many crystals, however, of all of them, if I have to choose, the most complete and functional are: amethyst, black tourmaline, malachite and selenite. Of course if people have a lot of interest in crystals they can buy more, but these four are quite complete.

The Amethyst relieves mental tensions, cleans the environment, stimulates memory and motivation, it also has strong healing and purifying powers, it helps meditation and elevated states of consciousness, concentration and it calms fears. Stone of wisdom and humility.

The Malachite opens your heart to unconditional love. (It is important to put one of these crystals in every compartment of your home, in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, hallway...)

The Selenite strengthens our spirituality, brings harmony, purifies the environment, and, when it is placed near other stones, it can clean them energetically.

Amethyst

How do I programme my crystals? 

I concentrate on what I want to communicate (program) to my crystal.

I take the crystal in my left hand, close to my heart and I give it an instruction: Mentally say the “word”, for one minute.

For example,

I take the Amethyst crystal in my left hand next to my heart and I give the crystal an instruction: that is, I mentally say the word, “Harmony” for one minute.

Afterwards - heightened states of consciousness for another minute.

How to clean crystals

I clean my crystals twice a month, overnight I leave them in a clear glass bowl with water and coarse salt.

The next day, I run them under "running water" to remove the coarse salt residue, and then i expose them to sunlight, but not direct light.


In the case of Malachite, i leave the crystal alone to catch the light of the moon and the sun. (Malachite cannot be soaked in water with coarse salt.)

Onyx: Helps us get through difficult times as it gives strength and determination. It helps us to make decisions. In past life regression it has the power to preserve memories. Stone of protection.
