Essential oils
There are many essential oils, however, of all of them, I consider these four to be the most useful and functional: Frankincense essential oil, Lavender essential oil, Eucalyptus essential oil and Almond oil.
Note that there are many essential oils that can only be applied to the skin in conjunction with other essential oils.
For example, frankincense and lavender can only be applied to the skin with a base oil, which in my case is almond oil.
Almond oil nourishes and hydrates. It can be applied directly to the skin.
Frankincense essential oil is considered the king of essential oils because,
It harmonizes emotions and relieves depression, agitation, and melancholy.
It smooths wrinkles and moisturizes the skin.
It helps control skin oiliness.
It helps us deal with the death of someone important to us.
It also raises our awareness by producing a positive energetic vibration around us.
It is said that this oil protects us from negative energies, so if you put it on the back of your neck, it protects you from energy vampires. Because it's behind the neck that our energy is sucked. It is also placed behind the ears because all the acupuncture points connected to the body are there.
*2 drops of Frankincense oil mixed with a "dessert/coffee spoon" of almond oil. Apply it on the face, neck (back and front), and behind the ears.
This essential oil cannot be applied directly to the skin, but must be mixed with a base oil, which in my case is almond, but it can also be in the coconut.
Lavender essential oil
It has a relaxing effect (when inhaled),
It improves skin problems such as psoriasis or eczema by reducing inflammation,
It helps hair grow,
It has healing, anti-infectious, anti-fungal, antiseptic, bactericidal properties,
It is a skin regenerator,
It helps with mycosis treatments, dermatitis, boils, athlete’s foot, allergies, and eczema,
It restores the body’s energy balance and protects us from energetic external aggressions.
At night I like to put it on my feet (along with the almonds oil) because we are relaxed at night. People say that at night our energy is "wasted" in theft. And our energy is sucked out of our feet when we sleep. Lavender oil will protect us energetically, in addition to all the physical benefits already mentioned.

Eucalyptus essential oil
I put 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in a pan with boiling water.
I cover myself with a towel while I inhale the steam.
It really helps with respiratory problems: it eases the symptoms of sinusitis, asthma, bronchitis, phlegm, cough, and sore throat.
Take care of my body...
To have a bath,
The most affordable, vegan, and cruelty-free shampoo.
Wash the body with an olive soap, and I like to use the “Foreo machine” with olive soap on the face! I love it! The “Foreo machine” exfoliates the skin on my face.
Once a week, I like to put a third of a cup of vinegar on my hair. I let it work for about 5 minutes. Then I rinse thoroughly with water.
Rosemary tea is also good for hair - Leave it on your hair for 30 minutes to an hour. And then go take a shower.
Once a week, exfoliate your body in the shower. I use the exfoliating gloves.
After bach : body lotion all over the body, and than, i like to put almond oil (a soap spoon) with 4/5 drops of lemon essential oil on my legs – It's suitable for varicose veins. (Cypress oil is also excellent for varicose veins).
At night I put on my feet: Lavender essential oil (four drops) with almond oil (one dessert spoon).
Robert Rey plastic surgeon, once a month.- Face mask is to mix the ingredients in a bowl:
2 tablespoons of oatmeal,
Hot water
1 spoon of yoghurt,
Half an orange,
1 egg white,
1 coffee spoon of cocoa,
Two tablespoons of avocado,
1 dessert spoon of honey,
Half a coffee spoon of yeast,
A tea bag of camomile (I cut the bag and take out the dried camomile leaves)
After washing my face well, I put this mixture on my face and leave it on for about 10 minutes. I also put it in my hands.
- Another homemade face mask that I like to do just twice a month, the “porcelain skin”.
is one that leaves the skin looking like "porcelain skin". Put Vaseline and drops of lime in a glass bowl and try to mix it with your fingers. Then apply it to your face for 10 minutes. During these 10 minutes, we must massage the face.
Then wash your face with soap and water to remove the mask. Finally, apply a moisturising cream.
Flushing baths - Very important.
Every Thursday, I have a salt and "rosemary tea" bath. A salt bath clears negativity, and rosemary baths bring joy and happiness to life.
Every 15 days: Salt and Apple Vinegar Bath - Clears all negative energy.
Once a week, fill the bathtub and add rock salt and a litre of rosemary tea. Stay there for 15 minutes. Or, make a litre of rosemary tea with coarse salt, strain it, and let it cool. Pour the tea with coarse salt from the neck down after finishing the bath. Leave it on your body for 20 minutes (wear a loose white dress), after which you should rinsing it off your body with water.
Every 15 days, take a bath using coarse salt and apple vinegar. Stay in the bathtub for 15 minutes. Alternatively, pour a litre of water seasoned with coarse salt and apple vinegar from the neck down. Let it act on the body for 20 minutes and then rinse with water.
Another way to take this "unloading" bath is by "foot washing", i.e.
Before taking your normal hygiene bath, sit in a comfortable chair and place your feet in a basin of hot water, or in large plastic transparent box, at a temperature that is comfortable for you, but it should be hot. Add rock salt and apple cider vinegar to the water. Leave your feet in the water for about 15 minutes.
Allow yourself to relax and imagine that all your stress, hurts, envy, hatred, fears, worries, or even your past, and anything else that hurts you is being released through your feet. And relax. Allow yourself to breathe peacefully.
Do this once a week.
JUST When I have some extra time:
During the week, on different days, I make two face masks,
Green clay which I mix with water, and
Rice flour (I buy it very cheaply at the supermarket) also mixed with water.
I like to use cucumber, which I cut into thin slices and leave on the skin for about 10 to 15 minutes.
I also like to put frozen cucumber on my face. That is,
I leave a cucumber in the freezer, and then I scrape the skin off the cucumber and rub it on my face in circular movements, I do this for 15 minutes.
It is also very important to go to a Beauty Salon/Spa to do a deep skin cleansing on the face.
I read that anger destroys the liver
So, today I must write what I feel: I’m full of rage. I’m in a state of inner uproar. I want to stomp my feet on the floor.

BACH FLOWER REMEDIES
Of all the Bach remedies, there are four remedies that I think are good for everyone to take, the ones that improve self-esteem.
1° Bach Flower Star of Bethlehem (traumas) then,
2° Bach Flower Larch (self-esteem) Them,
3° Bach Flower Mustard (it is good for depression and to prevent sadness),
and 4° Bach Flower Mimulus to have the courage to face known fears such as public speaking, flying, shyness.
I took all four, one after the other.
(only start a remedy after you have finished the bottle of the previous one).
How do I take the medication/ my opinion:
I wake up in the morning and take 6 drops of the Star of Bethlehem remedy, on an empty stomach. I put the drops under my tongue and let my saliva absorb them naturally.
Before going to bed I take 6 drops of Star of Bethlehem.
When the bottle of Star of Bethlehem is finished, I move on to the second remedy, Larch. I follow exactly the same routine: 6 drops of Larch in the morning, 6 drops of Larch in the evening before going to bed. When this bottle is finished, I move on to the mustard flower and then to the Mimulus, following the same routine.
Place the drops under the tongue and allow to absorb naturally. Do not drink the drops. In other words, lift your tongue and drip the drops under your tongue.
From my experience with Bach Flowers, I think it's best to take one Bach Flower at a time, taking six drops of that flower in the morning and six drops of the same flower before going to bed, until you finish the bottle.
Important:
Another way to take Bach Flowers,
Fill a 'small water bottle' with tap water, the equivalent of a glass of water.
Then add two drops of each Bach Flower you have chosen (do not add more than 6 Bach Flowers).
Throughout the day take small sips of this 'little bottle of water' mixed with the two drops of each Bach Flower you have chosen.
So, every day... Before you leave the house, prepare your 'little bottle of water' with your Bach flowers for the day.
Follow this recipe for at least two months.
None of these suggestions are a substitute for a health professional.
VERY IMPORTANT
Take care of your oral health, see your dentist every six months. Take care of your nails too. *I really like to have my nails painted.
Always have a book to read.
*I like to run in the street, and at home I do “steps” in a small machine. The machine is affordable and does not take up much space at home.
(However, it is impossible to do this in snowy countries!)

7. Factor 50+ before leaving home
In the evening
1. I wash my face with olive oil soap.

4. Hyaluronic acid (and the following days I apply vitamin C and the next day retinol).
5. Natural moisturizing.
